As part of its corporate social responsibility and commitment to digital transformation, Al-Baydaq Information Technology (BIT) participated in the Iraqi Women's and Civil Society Forum – Leadership & Impact, held under the theme "Towards a Sustainable and Innovative Future." The forum was organized in collaboration with the Advisor to the Prime Minister for Civil Society Organizations Affairs, Ms. Sara Alawi, and brought together more than 50 civil society organizations dedicated to women's empowerment and sustainable development.

BIT's participation was represented through its support for the Hala Organization for Sustainable Development, where Engineer Saja AlBayati, President of the organization and Managing Director of BIT, moderated the forum's second session. The discussion focused on combating cyber violence and online blackmail against women, while highlighting the importance of digital awareness, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation in empowering women and strengthening their participation in the digital economy.

The forum welcomed government officials, legislators, international representatives, and civil society leaders, providing a platform to discuss innovation, leadership, and strategies for increasing women's participation in sustainable development and decision-making.
